Welcome to Unionville Strings, where old time quality is our goal.We are located in the foothills of the beautiful Blueridge Mountains of Virginia.

Each one of our hand made banjos is individually handcrafted from old growth timber. Each is carefully crafted by hand, one at a time.
We offer four different models of open-back banjos. The woods used are handpicked for consistency of color, grain, and strength. We strive to preserve the old tradition of banjo building and sound.

 

Woods used are black walnut, cherry, maple, and white oak. We offer wood and brass tone rings, depending on model.
